The road blockers are manufactured in accordance with the international standards and its core material, Hydrogen is imported to ensure high functionality of Hydraulic Power Pack Unit. However, we believe in customization of each of its products as per the client’s budget and needs hence road blockers are available without imported hydraulic systems as well. The road blockers operate in the temperature range of 0° to 60° Celsius which is ideal for Pakistan. The road barrier is finished with the base painted black and the top and front are painted with black and yellow stripes to increase the visibility for the traffic.

- The control panel system incorporates an interface which takes input from various access controls such as, Swipe Card Readers, Proximity Card Readers, Inductive Loop Systems, RF Transmitter Equipment, and Biometric Readers, Manned Guard Panic Systems and so on but the system is capable of interfacing with other equipment and access routes to create an interlock.
Our Hydraulic Power Pack Unit operates on a powerful motor of up to 3kW power rating.

Types of Road Barriers/ Blockers
Deep Mounted Hydraulic Blocker:
Deep mount hydraulic road blocker. Model TITAN is mounted underground. High level of security protection, quick time of opening and durable construction. Structure is made of solid steel construction protected against corrosion. The width of blocking obstacle from 1 to 6 meters. Programmable Logic Controller – Mitsubishi PLC is located in external cabinet which can be install to 7 meters away from blocking construction. Standard axis load of this road blockers is 11,5 tons. There is possibility for higher axis. Road blockers opens in standard in 4-6 seconds, it also can has EFO which gives quick rising road blocker, it can OPEP and CLOSE roadblock in 1.5 second. In case of power failure, there is an option of manual operations.
Shallow Mount Road Blocker:
Shallow mount road barrier with a width from 1 to 6 meters. This type is one of the most chosen roadblock. Thanks to low foundation it can be installed in places with no possibilities for deep underground installation. The height of installed under surface element is 340-400 mm. Height of rising obstacle from 650 to 1200 mm. Road blocker SHIELD gives higher security protection, efficiently blocks heavy trucks attempt to attack. Guard trough the simple panel console can STOP and OPEN road blocker any time. Time of rising road blocker can be 1.5 second.
Monoblock:
Thin road blocker mounted underground. This type is design for narrow walkways. Can be integrated in sets in one system. Security level K12, stop 7,5 tone truck with 80k/h speed. The width of blocked space 400 mm, the high 600 mm. MITSUBISHI PLC located in external cabinet to 7 meter away of road blocker.
Flatblock Road Blocker:
Flatblock road blocker is design for places, where is no possibility of installation deep underground. Flatblock is shallow mount road block. Hight of metal construction installed underground is 200 mm.
FLATBLOCK is available in lengths: 2000 – 4000 mm. It is possible to manufacture other lengths.
The system consist of:
– Road Blocker which absorbs the impact
– Outside Cabinet with Control Box with drive unit which is to be placed up to 7 meter form the Road Blocker
Both elements of the system are connected with electrical cables and hydraulic hoses, which have to be place into the ground in round connection pipes during mechanical installation.
Electromechanical Road Blocker:
Electromechanical Road Blocker surface mount or shallow mount. Small Flat Covered Road blocker (100mm construction height). Control cabinet with microprocessor and mechanical drive integrated on blocker. Standard 8t axis load (optional more).
Blocking height is 350mm – 550mm
Power Beam Road Blocker:
POWERBEAM is a combination of road blocker and boom. Security level K12 block enemies vehicle attempt to attack by 7,5 tone truck driving 80km.h. Concrete foundations below the ground level. Standard 11,5 tones, higher axis load available on request.
Mobile Road Blocker:
Mobile road blocker surface mounted. The main benefit is mobility, road block can be move in any place any time. The width from 2.5 to 5 meters. Electro-hydraulically drive unit is In cabinet next to road blocker which is weather resistant.
